PDL Group Successfully Completed Pump and Mechanical Seal Repair for SOCAR’s Polymer

In November 2025, PDL Group successfully completed the general overhaul of the 24×24 Flowserve Lawrence HOR Reactor Pump, including the full repair and testing of its triple face-to-back cartridge mechanical seal.

The scope of work included a major pump overhaul to ensure full compliance with reliability and performance requirements. As part of these activities, the triple face-to-back cartridge mechanical seal underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in accordance with API 682 standards. All critical sealing components were repaired, renewed, and verified through static air testing to fully restore the seal’s operational integrity and performance capability.
