QMS Specialist | PDL World

Our company is currently looking for a “QMS Specialist” to work under the following conditions:

Conditions:

Work Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Type of Assignment: Contract
Contract Duration: Permanent
Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day
Start Date: ASAP

QMS Specialist duties and responsibilities:

Develop and implement QMS system with all applicable standards and policies linked to the QM system
Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
Ensuring that effective quality procedures, method statements, and inspection & test plans are produced, maintained and implemented on site
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Program to assure conformance of the work performed the contract requirements.
Responsible for the compilation of the Quality Control Inspection Procedures pertinent to the project as established by the contract drawings and specifications, client requirement and the Company Quality Control Policies and procedures.
Responsible for and approve the Final Acceptance Inspection reports.
Set and monitor annual quality plans and objectives
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
Implement and maintain International standards required by company
Ensure all legal standards are met
Develop NCR register tool and track nonconformance and ensure that company meet yearly targets related to number of NCs
Develop yearly internal audit program and ensure that audits timely executed and they are compliant with corporate policies and procedures
Lead organizing and hosting external audits, providing support to teams in preparing for external assessments.
Understand quality performance through timely performed gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement by providing related plan
Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer).

QMS Specialist, desired experience:

High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
Minimum 3-5 years QMS experience
Knowledge of National and International Standards (GOST, Snip, ASME, API etc.)
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
Experience and working knowledge of ISO, API, ATEX, IEC, ATEX
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy/ MS Office
Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs, including root cause analysis.
Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in written and spoken Azerbaijan, English, Russian
